Refund and Cancellation Policy
Secure & Fast Web Solution is committed to delivering high-quality web development services. If a client is not satisfied, a refund may be provided under the following guidelines:- Refund Period: Clients can request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed via the original payment method or direct deposit.
- Non-Delivery of Services: If there is a failure to deliver web development files, access, or credentials due to email or server issues, contact our team within 30 days. Claims made after this period may be declined.
- Access or Download Issues: If you experience difficulty accessing delivered files, contact our Technical Support within 30 days. Lack of communication may result in a declined refund.
- Major Defects or Errors: All web projects are tested before delivery. If significant defects occur, report them to our Technical Support Team. We will attempt to resolve the issue within 72 hours. If unresolved, a full refund or replacement project of similar scope/value may be offered. Temporary access to your hosting or CMS may be required to fix the issue.
- Project Not-As-Described: Any complaint regarding mismatch between the delivered web service and the agreed scope must be submitted within 30 days with supporting evidence. Requests based on change of mind or subjective preferences may not qualify.
- Children’s Policy: Our services are intended for persons aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents/guardians should contact us immediately if their child has submitted personal data.
Governing Law
This policy and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan. Any legal matters will be resolved according to applicable federal and state regulations.
