Payment Terms

• All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

• Clients are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

All refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Clients may request refunds for non-delivery, major defects, or project not-as-described issues within 30 days of service delivery. Access to hosting or CMS may be required to resolve issues.

Intellectual Property

All work delivered by FastWebSolution remains our property until full payment is received. After payment, the client owns the final deliverables. FastWebSolution retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios, marketing, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

FastWebSolution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

Clients may use third-party tools, plugins, or hosting services in conjunction with our work. FastWebSolution is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services beyond our control.
